Evidence Withheld Leads to Conviction
Conspiracy is a separate offense, by which someone conspires or agrees with someone else to do something which, if actually carried out, would amount to another federal crime or offense. It is an agreement or a kind of partnershipfor criminal purposes in which each member becomes the agent or partner of every other member. Tell the “story” of the conspiracy; however, this is not really the STORY. The STORY is what happened in court to Mr. David Taylor. RACE FACTOR All members of the conspiracy to kill Andrey Rostov were white except for Taylor. Out of all conspirators, only Taylor received the death penalty. “Mr. Taylor’s sentence is cruel and unusual because his sentence is disproportionate to that of his white co-defendants.” (60) One conspirator, Nina Novakovsky told a cellmate that Taylor was innocent, but fingered him because he was “just another nigger.” State failed to disclose law enforcement reports that included evidence indicating that witnesses had conflicting descriptions of the black man leaving the scene such as: height, age, color variation, etc. (29) Taylor’s attorney, witnesses and a detective referred to him as “nigger” or “Nigger David.” for full script, treatment, package contact Arthur Pulitzer www.lockuplit.com arthur.pulitzer@gmail.com
